The apostle Paul often described the church using the analogy of the body: "For as in one body we have many members, and not all the members have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and indivdually we are members one of another." (Romans 12:4-5)

Each of the individuals in this congregation are evidence of the truth of Paul's words, attesting to the value of each member and the importance of their functioning together to fulfill the mission of the church. As we work together to discover God's vision for the future of this body of Christ, it will require the talents, gifts, and commitment of all.
